Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members to the credit union, providing courteous service and accurate transactions.
• Interview loan and new member applicants to collect loan information and assess needs.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and sales promotions to increase branch sales.
• Upsell credit union products during account openings and loan applications.
• Cross train in the Assistant Branch Manager role and potentially move among branches.
• Assist in teller area with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, cashiers’ checks and loan payments.
