• Interview loan and new member applicants; collect and enter information.
• Assist with branch marketing campaigns and promotions to increase sales.
• Upsell CU products during account openings and loan applications.
• Support teller referrals tracking for sales accuracy.
• Cross-train for Assistant Branch Manager role and assist in teller area as needed.
