Mountain America Credit Union in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a full-time Member Service Associate to deliver exceptional member service, assess member needs, and guide them through opening accounts and using our range of financial products. You will participate in sales-focused conversations and maintain accurate cash handling and branch operations.

The role includes competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour with potential increases based on experience, plus incentives and a Spanish language

Formación

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Banking/credit union industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on products.
• Meet sales and service goals and cross-sell products.
• Process transactions and handle branch operations accurately.
• Support branch security and cash handling.
