Mountain America Credit Union in Goodyear, AZ seeks a full-time Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, assess member needs, and guide decisions on MACU products and services. You will handle transactions, open new accounts, and support retention with a consultative approach.

You’ll work toward sales and service goals, cross-sell offerings, and participate in branch operations while adhering to security and compliance policies.

Qualificações

• Experience At least six months of customer service experience. Industry experience preferred.
• Education High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license is required; onboarding within 90 days includes Branch Foundations Teller Branch Checklist
• Proficient computer operating skills; Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products and services.
• Cross-sell financial products and services as needs arise through a consultation approach.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions; assist in opening/closing procedures.
• Follow branch security procedures and support fraud/dispute resolutions as needed.
• Travel may be required and participate in ongoing product knowledge training.
