Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on products and services.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain branch operations including cash handling and transaction processing.
• Respond to communications in a timely manner and participate in ongoing product knowledge training.
