The role emphasizes accurate service, product knowledge, and a willingness to cross-sell to meet member needs. A valid driver’s license is required, and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver’s license is required and onboarding steps will begin within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional member service at the branch by assessing needs and advising on products and services.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Cross-sell financial products to support member goals.
• Maintain branch cash operations and assist with standard teller duties as assigned.
