Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products and services.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs and credit union objectives.
• Meet sales and service goals while maintaining high satisfaction and account retention.
• Use lead lists to reach out to existing members for additional consultations.
• Resolve member issues by identifying causes, providing solutions, and following up for resolution.
