Town & Country Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated Member Service Representative II to enhance member relationships and provide exceptional service. This role involves conducting loan interviews, evaluating loan documents, and assisting members with new account openings and service requests.

The Member Service Representative II strives to deepen member relationships by creating an open collaborative environment, to explain services to potential consumer and business account members, to generate additional business, and to promote positive public relations.
Member Service Representative II conducts loan interviews, reviews and evaluates information on loan documents to determine loan conditions meet credit union and regulatory standards, and conducts loan closings and cross sells additional products and services. They assist members with opening new accounts as well as miscellaneous service requests.
One to three years of similar or related work experience. High school education or GED.
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
This position is for one of our six branches located in either South Portland, Portland, Scarborough, or Saco.
