Crunch Fitness is seeking a motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team in Michigan. The MSR will be the primary contact for members and guests, delivering a welcoming environment and supporting daily operations to drive membership growth.

You will greet visitors, conduct tours, enroll members, manage billing information, and assist with front desk tasks, while promoting Crunch’s amenities and maintaining a clean, friendly space.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification (or completion within 30 days of hire).

About The Role
