Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Michigan is hiring a part-time Front Desk Agent to help run daily operations and deliver outstanding member service. You will check in members, answer questions, and represent the club with a friendly, energetic attitude.

Responsibilities include generating appointments, giving tours, enrolling new members, maintaining records in the club systems, and ensuring the facility stays clean and welcoming. Shift options include 4 or 8 hours, morning, evening, or flexible coverage.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
