Job summary

Crunch Fitness is looking for an amazing front desk agent to join our team in a part-time, in-person role at the Michigan market. The position focuses on welcoming members, assisting with check-ins, and delivering friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities include guiding tours, enrolling new members, generating referrals, and maintaining accurate records while upholding a clean, welcoming environment for all members.

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
