Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Agent / Member Services Representative to be the welcoming face for members and guests. You will greet arrivals, answer questions, enroll new members, and support daily front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification (or completion within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

About the Role

The Member Services Representative(MSR)serves as the primary point of contact for all members and guests. You will provide a welcoming environment, support daily operations, and contribute to membership growth.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience

• Greet members and guests with professionalism and positive energy.
