Job summary

Service Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative / Teller to join our team and deliver friendly, accurate service to members. You will handle cash transactions, open and close accounts, and resolve needs with empathy and expertise.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Customer service or retail background useful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to recognize and resolve member issues with courtesy and tact.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately while maintaining security and good judgment.
• Open and close member accounts.
