Job summary

Service Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative Teller at our Somersworth branch. You will handle transactions, open/close accounts, and deliver friendly, needs-based service to members.

Key duties include accurate cash handling, problem resolution, and building member relationships. We offer growth opportunities, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k with generous company contribution. Flexible pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience desired.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
• Ability to resolve member issues promptly with courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately while maintaining security.
• Open and close member accounts.
• Provide outstanding service and needs-based selling.
• Create a positive member experience with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Build and retain member relationships through service quality.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
