Job summary

Sam's Club in Folsom, CA is seeking a Front End Associate to provide member service, maintain the checkout area, and assist with purchases and self-checkout technology. You will resolve member issues, process returns, and follow safety procedures to keep a clean, secure and welcoming shopping environment.

You'll help locate merchandise, assist with decisions, and participate in training for new associates on store processes.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and assists with purchases and self-service technology.
• Promotes products and services and locates merchandise.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policy and safety standards.
• Keeps entrance/exit areas organized and maintains a safe shopping environment.
• Assists with training and learning new store processes and technologies.
