Job summary

Alliance Credit Union in Missouri is seeking a friendly, service-driven Member Service Representative I (MSR I) to help members reach their financial goals with trusted guidance. You will be the frontline contact across phone, digital, and in-person channels, delivering the Alliance experience.

The role offers a full benefits package, merit-based pay, and an in-person schedule at our Fenton branch in Missouri. High school diploma required with training for banking basics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training offered for the right candidate.
• Working knowledge of financial products, electronic services, and banking regulations.
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members and potential members via phone, digital, and in-person channels.
• Deliver outstanding member service reflecting the Alliance brand experience.
• Assist members with account inquiries, online banking, payments, and transfers.
• Process financial and non-financial transactions accurately and securely.
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services to improve financial well-being.
• Handle communications via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Support lending activities by gathering information and processing applications.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.
