Job summary

Alliance Catholic Credit Union in Michigan seeks an experienced Member Service Representative (MSR) to assist members with accounts, loans, IRAs, and automated services in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in credit union teller or customer service, a high school diploma or higher, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Windows, Word and Excel is a plus, with a friendly demeanor and eagerness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; 3–5 years teller/customer service experience in a credit union or similar role.
• Identifies best product and service solutions to meet members’ financial goals.
• Friendly, enthusiastic with strong verbal and written communication; proficient in Windows, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening new accounts, IRAs, loan applications, and setting up automated services.
• Consult members and promote referral opportunities to enhance member relationships.
• Work as part of a team and maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Member Service Representative (MSR) who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will report directly to the Branch Manager.

The ideal candidate:

• Able to assist our members achieve their financial goals by identifying the best product and service solutions to meet their needs.
• Able to consult members about: opening new accounts, IRAs, loan application processing, setting up automated services; and other member service requests.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to exceed a strong customer services experience
• Strong member service experience
• Ability to promote and identify referral opportunities to enhance member relationship.
• Must be a motivated individual who is friendly and enthusiastic, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel.
• Proficient in written/oral communication.
• Dependable, adaptable/flexible, detail oriented
