Responsibilities

• Interact with members to build relationships and provide service.
• Process teller transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Cross-sell credit union products and refer to specialists as needed.
• Open and maintain member accounts (checking, savings, IRAs).
• Guide members through consumer lending processes and loan products.
• Resolve member issues with patience and professionalism.
