Job summary

Westmark Credit Union in Idaho Falls is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support the Westmark Investment Services program. You will manage clerical tasks, client communications, and CRM-based workflows to ensure efficient program operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Office management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with PCs, word processing, and Excel is needed.
• Strong communication and professional customer service.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Westmark Investment Services (WIS) Program.
• Schedule appointments with WIS representatives for prospective clients.
• Prepare client correspondence such as welcome letters and review letters.
• Handle account maintenance tasks like address changes and deposits/withdrawals.
• Manage the Client Referral Program and Referral Tracking.
• Assist with planning client seminars and events.
• Update client data in Redtail CRM and manage workflows.
• Guide clients to set up online access and respond to inquiries.
