Job summary

Westmark Credit Union in Idaho Falls seeks a Business Services Implementation Officer to coordinate onboarding and implementation for business members. You will work with Relationship Development Officers, Commercial Lending, Operations, and Digital Banking to ensure a smooth experience and proficient treasury management product usage.

The role emphasizes training, documentation, and ongoing support, with a focus on timely delivery of solutions and strict adherence to CIP/BSA requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Two+ years of experience in a financial institution required.
• Experience with business accounts and treasury management preferred.
• Commercial lending or business banking support experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of CIP/BSA requirements and regulatory practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine onboarding for new business members and implementation of standard business products and services.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy and obtain required agreements and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate implementations of ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Business Online Banking, Wire Origination, user administration, and related services.
• Maintain implementation checklists, timelines, and status updates for members and internal teams.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members and appropriate departments.
• Schedule and conduct routine implementation meetings and Business Online Banking training.
• Educate business members on products, features, and procedures; provide educational materials.
