Job summary

Center Parc Credit Union in Savannah seeks a Retail Relationship Manager to grow retail membership and deposits by proactive prospecting, networking, and needs-based selling. The role covers the Savannah market, requires building partnerships with local businesses, COIs, and branch teams.

You will manage relationships, deliver tailored financial solutions, maintain product knowledge, and meet strategic growth goals while upholding regulatory compliance and exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field or 2 extra years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of relative experience with needs-based consultative sales.
• 3+ years of outside prospecting and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new retail members through prospecting, pipeline management, referral resources, community engagement, planned calling activities, and outreach.
• Develops and maintains a network of local market COI contacts.
• Collaborates with branch managers and Business Relationship Managers to grow membership.
• Offers products and guidance to help members meet financial goals.
