Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• Working with mobile retail applications

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve issues at checkout
• Maintain checkout area and process purchases
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies
• Promote Sam's Club products and services
• Guide members on self-service technology
• Maintain a safe shopping environment and comply with safety procedures
• Assist with training of Member Frontline Services associates
• Ensure area is organized and documentation is kept up to date
