Job summary

Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative for our Member Relations Center (call center) in Baton Rouge. You will assist members by handling inquiries and servicing transactions while promoting digital tools and credit union products.

You will process financial requests, manage wires, and verify information with care, ensuring compliance and security. A strong knowledge of products and excellent customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and two years of experience in the financial service industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with inquiries and product servicing via phone, fax, email, web and video chat
• Process various member service requests including financial transactions, check orders, Debit/Credit cards, fraud disputes, stop payments, and ACH originations
• Maintain a high knowledge level of all products and services to respond to member inquiries
• Actively cross-sell additional products and services to meet Credit Union goals
• Assist members with accessing all Credit Union digital service offerings
• Process outgoing wire requests accurately and timely
• Communicate suspected member account abuse including potential red flags or regulatory issues
• Update members' mailing address and contact information after authentication
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and policies
