Credit Union ONE is seeking a Member Service professional in MACOMB, MI to deliver an exceptional in-branch member experience and to build lasting relationships. You will handle transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments, and assist with loan applications.

The role requires 2+ years in member service or relationship banking, strong digital banking knowledge, and excellent communication skills. NMLS registration must be pursued within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years in Member Service/Relationship Banking or related field.
Strong familiarity with digital banking channels (ATM/online/mobile).
Must be able to use computer terminals and software for transactions and reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional in-branch member service and build relationships.
Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments.
Take consumer/home equity/mortgage loan applications and close loans.
Develop a pipeline of members and prospects to meet sales goals.
