• Cross-sell products by helping members open accounts and recommending services.
• Assist with loan processing, loan applications, and updates; explain terms.
• Address member inquiries with empathy and adhere to compliance and risk controls.
• Collaborate with branch team and partners to deepen member relationships.
• Meet annual sales and service goals while engaging with the community.
