Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and online tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain financial products clearly.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player willing to travel within the credit union's footprint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in-person, over the phone, and online.
• Assist members opening new accounts and cross-sell products as appropriate.
• Help members with loan applications, documentation, and status updates.
• Maintain compliance with BSA and SAFE Act and adhere to risk controls.
• Collaborate with branch team and business partners to deepen relationships.
