Job summary

TTCU Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to build lasting relationships with members and provide exemplary service. You will understand financial needs and offer effective product and service recommendations while complying with BSA and TTCU policies.

You will assist with lending inquiries and loan applications, open and maintain accounts, issue debit cards, update contact information, and ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business, finance, or related discipline preferred.
• Must be able to become a notary public.
• Must complete TTCU's Teller Program within 60 days of hire.
• Must complete TTCU's Credit Union Advisor Training Program within 90 days of hire.
• Must complete CUNA FiCEP within 12 months of hire.
• Customer service experience in banking, retail, or related field: 1 Year.
• Bilingual Skills in Spanish- Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members and non-members with lending inquiries including loan applications.
• Open new accounts including all deposit-related products and ensure information is complete and compliant with TTCU policies.
• Assist Members with account inquiries such as opening new accounts, issuing debit cards, updating addresses, adding joint owners, and OLB assistance.
• Process member transactions efficiently while balancing cash drawer regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to achievement of production and service goals by building relationships and using KeyInsight to refer services.
