Job summary

Teachers Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Representative II to build and strengthen member relationships and introduce members to efficient online banking, mobile apps, and ATMs both in person and virtually.

You will learn members’ personal financial goals and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs, while expanding your knowledge of our banking products and services.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required; Bachelor’s in Business may substitute for experience.
• Minimum one year branch experience required.
• Minimum two years of general work experience in customer service or sales.
• Notary commission within six months of starting.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen member relationships while understanding financial needs.
• Process routine and complex transactions accurately and in compliance.
• Recommend financial solutions to satisfy spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Educate members to use online banking, mobile apps, and ATMs.
• Participate in offsite activities to promote membership.
