As the face of the credit union, you will educate members on a range of financial solutions while maintaining compliance and strong teamwork. A customer-focused mindset and reliable cash handling are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn systems.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and positive environment for members by greeting them warmly and listening to their needs.
• Conduct various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and services and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to safeguard member confidentiality and prevent fraud.
