FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional member experiences while processing transactions and building lasting relationships. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions with accuracy and in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Monday to Saturday availability is required. The role emphasizes member service, product recommendations, and referrals to platforms or partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and time management.

Responsabilités

• Process financial transactions accurately using FourLeaf systems and policies.
• Build member relationships and identify needs to recommend products and services.
• Refer members to platforms or partners for additional banking needs.
• Greet members, assist with lobby flow, and check in waiting members.
• Assist with card printing, fraud claims, and other teller line requests.
