• 6+ months of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, hospitality, financial services, or similar).
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and services and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to protect member confidentiality and prevent fraud.

As a Teller, you will serve as the face of the credit union, providing exceptional member service and personalized financial solutions to our members.
