Credit Union 1 is seeking a member-focused Teller for our Soldotna branch. You will help members with deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions, guiding them to tools and services to simplify their finances. Our team values friendly, efficient service and community involvement.

This on-site role requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task using several software programs while adhering to security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least six months of financial institution, cash handling, call center, customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with members.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates ownership of transactions and provides excellent service with every member interaction.
• Assists members with deposits, payments, withdrawals, and transfers while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Researches and resolves member account issues.
• Maintains documentation for all member transactions per policies.
• Educates members on technologies offered by the credit union (ATM/ITM, DocuSign, Online Access, Mobile Deposit, Bill Pay, Mobile Wallet).
• Explains features and benefits of products/services and makes appropriate recommendations.
• Reviews unusual transactions and processes within defined limits.
• Keeps up-to-date security knowledge and follows safety procedures.
• Performs opening/closing duties and balances daily cash summaries.
