Credit Union 1 is seeking a friendly Part-Time Teller for our Midtown location in Anchorage. You will assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers, while promoting CU1 services and technology tools.

The role requires a customer-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy. Ideal candidates bring cash handling and strong communication skills, plus a High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Six months of financial institution, cash handling, call center, customer service or sales experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with members.
• Ability to remain calm when helping difficult members.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, payments, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Educate members on CU1 products and services to meet needs.
• Research and resolve member account issues and balance daily cash summary.
