Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of customer service experience.
• Positive attitude and professional, flexible, courteous demeanor.
• Excellent listening and verbal plus written communication skills.
• Good office equipment, 10-key and computer skills, including e-mail and Word.
• Ability to be bonded.

Responsibilities

• Deposit, withdrawal, and transfer funds while balancing cash drawer.
• Cross-sell products and services and educate members.
• Greet lobby traffic and build rapport with members.
• Process checks and negotiable instruments; apply holds per policies.
• Reconcile daily transactions and report shortages promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and regulations.
