Greater Nevada Credit Union, a division of America First, is seeking a Teller at our Minden branch to deliver friendly, accurate financial transactions and personalized member service. You will balance cash drawers, promote products, educate members, and follow security and regulatory policies.

The role requires 6+ months of customer service and cash handling, a High School Diploma or GED, and basic computer skills.

Formación

• 6+ months of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn systems.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming and positive environment for members by greeting them warmly, actively listening to their needs, and assisting in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and services and identify opportunities to cross-sell.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to safeguard member confidentiality and security.
