Responsibilities

• Process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, checks).

• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify member needs and promote CUTX products and services.
• Refer complex needs to appropriate CUTX specialists as needed.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, Reg CC, CIP, and privacy policies.
