Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions.
• Minimum 1 year demonstrated customer experience and referrals.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify needs and develop long-term relationships.
• Problem solving and solution delivery.
• Customer-centric service mindset.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions and concerns.
• Follow all financial policies and proper cash handling procedures.
