Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience with product recommendations.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build long-term relationships.
• Comfort using digital technology to support business goals.
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobby and guide them through simple transactions using mobile app or ATMs.
• Provide personalized advice to help achieve financial goals and connect customers with Bankers.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and policies while ensuring cash handling compliance.
• Adhere to all financial policies and local regulations.
