Job summary

Capital Credit Union in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Teller to assist members in person, drive-ups, or by phone, handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions with a friendly, service-oriented approach. You will balance cash drawers daily and help maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the branch, processing research requests, educating members about online banking, and referring customers to specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend detailed instructions and memos.
• Ability to operate teller equipment and process transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of banking products and procedures to assist customers.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in person, via drive-ups, and by phone using an online teller terminal.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily and report errors; open/close branch following procedures.
• Educate members about Home Banking, E-Services, and other products and services.
• Cross-sell Credit Union services and refer to specialists when needed.
• Support branch operations and training of new employees when required.
