Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Oakridge, OR is seeking a Relationship Banker to serve as a frontline financial partner. You’ll process deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions in person, on the phone, and by email while building rapport and tailoring products to members’ financial goals.

You’ll meet sales targets, complete compliance training, and work with service teams to offer loans, mortgages, and investments. The role is full-time and on-site with benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Ability to listen to members’ needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members in-person, over the phone, and by e-mail.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and promptly address concerns.
• Proactively identify and recommend products and services to meet member needs.
• Meet quarterly metrics, campaigns, cross-selling, referrals, and sales targets.
• Complete required compliance training and maintain knowledge of current products.
• Perform account maintenance and follow-up outreach to members.
