Job summary

Community First Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to turn members' mortgage dreams into reality. You will coordinate and process loan files, act as the liaison between members and the loan originator, and ensure smooth communication throughout the closing process.

In a fast-paced, high-volume setting, you will manage deadlines, verify conditions, and collaborate with lenders, title companies, and other partners to deliver high-quality experiences and WOW service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lending practices and regulations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members, lenders, title companies, and partners throughout the loan process.
• Work with members to establish closing dates and ensure all conditions are met prior to closing.
• Review and process mortgage files, order appraisals, flood and title work, verify accuracy, and prepare loans for underwriting.
