Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required; experience in a financial institution, hospitality, restaurant, or retail sales environment preferred.
• Exposure to sales or service in a goal-oriented environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic banking products and services recommended.
• Willingness to learn account-opening procedures and consumer lending basics.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services to strengthen financial relationships.
• Work toward individual and branch sales goals through needs-based conversations and proactive outreach.
• Provide friendly, accurate service during routine branch transactions and account inquiries.
• Open new memberships and standard deposit accounts per policies and verification requirements.
• Support standard consumer loan origination and servicing following procedures and lending regulations.
• Educate members on basic digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Perform teller and platform functions as assigned, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
