Del Norte Credit Union’s Midtown Santa Fe branch seeks a Branch Experience Consultant to deliver friendly service, open accounts, and provide lending solutions. You’ll engage members, promote credit union products, and support the greeter desk while maintaining compliance and a team-oriented culture.

The role emphasizes relationship building, extensive member contact, and collaborating to exceed education and service goals in a community-focused NM setting.

Qualifikationen

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• Two years of direct member contact experience in providing financial products and services; six months teller experience and familiarity with platform operations.
• Level I: a high school education or GED. Level II: two-year college degree or equivalent cert/training.

Aufgaben

• Assist members with financial services using a consultative approach to meet needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of core banking and applicable systems.
• Support greeter’s desk and direct to appropriate area.
• Provide dual support to teller and new account operations.
• Mentor and coach to promote DNCU’s mission and member education goals.
• Listen to the voice of the member to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in marketing campaigns to boost member engagement.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and complete mandatory training.
