Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in financial services, lending, relationship management, or consultative sales.
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending products including auto and personal loans.
• Relationship-driven, member-first approach with ability to uncover needs and tailor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Grow member relationships through consultative, needs-based conversations and referrals to wealth management, insurance, business services, and lending partners.
• Champion digital engagement by promoting digital banking tools and a polished virtual experience.
• Collaborate across branches, lending, marketing, and digital teams to deliver seamless member support.
• Maintain high standards by following policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
