MSU Federal Credit Union in Charlotte is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to deliver personalized service, assess members' financial positions, and recommend tailored solutions while cross-selling relevant products.

You will respond to member requests, process transactions accurately, and promote Credit Union technology in a fast-paced branch environment. Competitive benefits and dedicated training support member wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability for full-time schedule, including Saturdays.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a branch environment.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Charlotte Branch.

Responsibilities

• Listen actively to member needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member goals.
• Process transactions accurately per procedures and maintain service quality.
• Review transactions for red flags and escalate to Fraud as needed.
• Promote and support use of Credit Union technology.
• Participate in branch and organizational training.
