Michigan State University Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to deliver personalized service and tailored recommendations after reviewing each member's financial position. You will perform transactions with accuracy and cross-sell products to support members' financial wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work Saturdays and support other branch locations.
• Onsite presence at Kentwood Branch prior to Gaines Marketplace opening.

Responsibilities

• Listen to member needs, analyze financial position, and tailor solutions while cross-selling products.
• Sell products and provide financial education to meet goals.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain service standards across tasks.
• Review transactions for red flags and escalate to Fraud as needed.
• Process business accounts with risk controls and referrals.
• Operate two cash drawers across two systems, ensuring accuracy.
• Promote MSUFCU technology and empower members to manage finances.
• Engage in training to grow skills and prepare for future growth.
• Build member relationships through outreach and events.
• Support cross-departmental needs to improve efficiency.
