Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience.
• Michigan Resident Producer Credit Insurance License required; licensure within 90 days.
• Ability to become registered through NMLS and achieve notary certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote strong member interactions with trust and consultative guidance.
• Cross-sell LMCU products such as loans, credit cards, and accounts.
• Process consumer and business accounts and loans accurately.
• Meet branch goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while handling sensitive data.
