Responsibilities

• Actively listen to member needs and review financial position to recommend tailored solutions.
• Identify and sell products/services; provide financial education to members.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain operational integrity across systems.
• Monitor for red flags and escalate suspicious activity to Fraud Department when needed.
