You’ll onboard new members, process Visa and loan applications, and collaborate with partners to expand offerings while promoting financial literacy and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in banking or customer service roles.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow membership and deepen relationships with members.
• Onboard new members and handle Visa, consumer loan, and home equity loan applications.
• Leverage digital tools to engage members and access online/mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with financial advisors, merchant services, and mortgage originators to expand offerings.
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor in all communications.
• Practice active listening to identify member needs and provide accurate responses.
• Educate members about Credit Union products and services to support financial well-being.
• Represent the Credit Union at community events and volunteer activities.
• Support business development activities such as bank-at-work events and financial literacy outreach.
