Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience.
• Federal NMLS registration and Notary Public certifications (may be obtained after hire).

Responsibilities

• Engages with members to build relationships, identify financial needs and opportunities, and refer appropriate products and services that are in the best interest of the member.
• Performs financial transactions and initiates and completes all phases of savings and lending per policies and procedures (S.A.F.E. Act).
• Maintains responsibility for daily balance of cash drawer.
• Works collaboratively to achieve branch objectives.
• Follows up on membership appointments and loan leads and promotes the Credit Union to grow the business.
• Researches, troubleshoots, and resolves member inquiries and concerns.
• Maintains knowledge of Credit Union products and services and applies them in daily activities.
• Protects Credit Union assets and member privacy per safety and regulatory requirements.
